What is full spectrum

Full-spectrum CBD contains all phytocannabinoids naturally found in the hemp plant, including CBD, CBN, CBG, terpenes, essential oils and other minor cannabinoids.

It also has a trace amounts of THC (below than 0.3%) so it is not recommended for people who are very sensitive to THC. Most people however, are recommended to consume full spectrum over broad spectrum or isolate because it helps assist in the Entourage Effect in which the total effect is greater than the sum of its parts.

Suggested use & dosing

Suggested Use: Shake gently before each use. Use as needed 30-60 minutes before bedtime for a deep uninterrupted night’s sleep.

Dosing: Each 1mL dropper, when filled, contains approximately 40mg of CBD and 3mg of melatonin.

Flavor

The Sleep Drops are flavored with fresh mint flavoring and have a slight hempy after taste (after all it’s made from premium hemp).

Sleep oil

While the mint flavor of this oil was not my ideal, it pairs really well with a mint tea before bed! Keeps my stomach calm, and works quicker than any edible.

I do get a good nights sleep with Sleep Drops. However it did take me a few attempts at how much to take before finally being satisfied. At first I took too much and was so lethargic and hung over feeling the whole next day. And I do admit that sometimes the Sleep Drops do not work and after my first experience I refuse to take more than a quarter of a drop. It could be that I need to take more some nights but haven't tried it. I still work full time and need to be fully functioning every day.
