Full-spectrum CBD contains all phytocannabinoids naturally found in the hemp plant, including CBD, CBN, CBG, terpenes, essential oils and other minor cannabinoids.
It also has a trace amounts of THC (below than 0.3%) so it is not recommended for people who are very sensitive to THC. Most people however, are recommended to consume full spectrum over broad spectrum or isolate because it helps assist in the Entourage Effect in which the total effect is greater than the sum of its parts.
Suggested Use: Shake gently before each use. Use as needed 30-60 minutes before bedtime for a deep uninterrupted night’s sleep.
